If you are interested in going on an exchange, here you will find all the information that you need. To start your journey, take a look at the following presentations in this order first:

You can go on an exchange in bachelor's year 3 (semester 1).


You need to:

  • have passed your courses of bachelor's year 1 and bachelor's year 2
  • have obtained an average score of at least 12/20 in bachelor's years 1 and 2 combined
  • write the Bachelor paper in distance learning

It is not allowed to do an internship abroad.

3. Deadline is February 16th 2018

All applications will be ranked according to the overall results and letter of motivation.
This will only come into play when more students apply for the same destination than the number of places that is available.

 The VUB is also involved in some non-EU agreements of which you will find more information in the presentation above.

If you apply for a non-EU destination, for which places are very limited, it is best to combine this with an EU application as your backup plan.
